We discussed the attachment of files to tickets, specifically models.
It was decided that all models and textures should be placed in the assets folder within an appropriately titled folder.
Need to add this to the modeling orientation as well.

Post Mortem
This is being formally assigned today, start work if you wish. I would suggest you aim for 2-3 pages and make sure to proof read them because i will be reading them very closely, probably multiple times. Also breaking the doc apart into the many different subjects (tools, development, suggestions, etc.) is optional.
Release Date (should we push it ?)
Releasing it makes it easy for us to say "look, its there we achieved" but it is currently a shoddy product if we cant play online

Elizabeth Implementation
Implement Three and BioMega
All weapons should be implemented (can use the ut3 weapons as long as the game is set up nicely)
aim for ~8 maps in playable form (don’t all have to be completed for Elizabeth)
More maps, less detail
AI Objectives need to be made
id like nano and stef to be working together on the weapons if at all possible

We did not receive status reports from the following people

Release Cycle
Release at the end of the month rather than every four.
we have monthly goals alternating between alpha and beta.

Moddb & Word press
Everyone should have themselves on the moddb group, so we can show off the group as a whole.
We should also get everyone setup on wordpress.

UI Addition so we can monitor the score, no matter how irritating it is.
The leads need to make a twitter account. This will let us stay on top of what we are each doing as a team.
