Stefan is moving on

• Stefan is going to be moving away from the project, supposedly at the end of the month.

What is required of team members

• Emailed status reports Every Friday, even if you did NOTHING
• Open discussions on the mailing list
• Updated tickets with pertinent information
• A presence on IRC that allows us to discuss things openly
• Anyone who has not signed onto Assembla for more than 6 days will be notified, if it hits 14 you will be removed
• know that you need to achieve 5 tickets a month, minimum

Cohesion of the team

• The cohesion of this team has suffered a lot with whitfield and company having such terrible social issues and the mapping dept is in need of a major overhaul
• Bob has cleared his plate to  be able to work with us all, we need to simplify a lot of the process

Felicia pushed to internal release

• Felicia will be kept as an internal release

Responsibility of the leads

• As of this week the leads are taking on more responsibility and becoming more irritating because the individuals are falling short
• Bob is having one on ones with LeadsLeads are having one on ones with other team members
